Project Overview
End-to-end UI/UX design of a Gas & Petroleum ERP SaaS platform tailored for LPG trading companies. The system covers Sales, Purchases, Inventory, Accounts, Tax, and Audit workflows with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.
The Problem
Petroleum and LPG trading companies relied heavily on Excel sheets and manual registers for sales, purchases, inventory, and accounting. Users struggled with inconsistent data, tax miscalculations, lack of audit trails, and confusing ERP interfaces not tailored to gas industry workflows. Compliance with FBR sales and purchase tax reporting was a major pain point.
The Solution
Designed a purpose-built ERP UI focused on LPG trading operations. The system introduces clear module separation (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounts, Tax, Reports), role-based dashboards (Admin, Manager, Employee), and form-driven workflows that automatically generate ledgers, tax records, and audit-ready reports. The design prioritizes clarity, error prevention, and regulatory compliance.
